Local Dog Reaches Top of Mount Neverest
Climbing solo, intrepid dog makes history
(Bridgewater, NJ)— Sir Tucker Terrier, in his solo attempt to conquer the yard’s biggest snowpile, has reached the summit.
Braving below-freezing temperatures and wind chills in the double digits, Sir Tucker began his ascent in the early morning hours. Carefully picking his way up the steep slope, Tucker faced harsh conditions: an unstable surface, snow pebbles in his paws, and marauding squirrels.
It was dog against nature, as Sir Tucker’s solo climb was done without help of his human support staff, making his accomplishment one for the record books.
When asked why he did it, the brave canine explorer replied, “My ball was there.”
