#ThatsGold: Elsa Clair Wins Big With Her Purr-formance

Thank you for acknowledging that Elsa Clair’s purr-formance on the Cat Uneven Bars was gold-medal-worthy.
Let others laugh at my cat gymnast. Let others deny her sportsmanship (sportscatship?). Let others complain of the unfair advantage that four legs and a tail might provide, though it was nothing more than the capabilities Elsa Clair was born with.
When I posted a video of Elsa Clair’s purr-formance – tagging it #Thatsgold – you saw it for what it was: a celebration of cathletic excellence.
And as an official sponsor of the Olympics, you recognized that, honoring her by sending a gift of official Coke Olympics swag.
I’m not sure Elsa Clair has much use for a cooler tote, water bottle, drink koozie or water mister (particularly the mister), but she loves them anyway, as you can see in the photos.

She’s grateful for the acknowledgement, and looking forward to competing again, as she trains for the winter Olympic games. She hopes to bring home the gold in competitive sleeping.
Elsa Clair is thrilled to be recognized for her cathletic prowess and purr-formance.
Until then, I think she’ll let us humans borrow her gear.

We hear her “Cat work” is something to flip over, her purr formance on parallel bars was a bit uneven but her balance beam was categorically amazing surefooted.
:-D. In her video, despite a few bobbles, she manages to pull off some challenging moves, purr-fect in all the de-tails, and still sticks the landing.
