Haiku by Dog: Treasure
TweetToday’s haiku is by Jasper.
Fall is a great time to be a dog. Not only are there leaves to run through, but the naked trees make it easier to see the squirrels. Plus, there are always a lot of branches on the ground.
Everyone once in a while you find a really good stick. The one that’s just the right length, just the right diameter–the kind that sails through the air with perfection.
The one that the other dogs want.
And it’s all fun and games until you lose it.
Do your pets have favorite toys that they sometimes lose?

In our house it is a great game until Hailey chews up the stick!

What a good joint effort there – I really liked the Catster and Dogster articles on haiku. I was laughing : )
