Sun puddles aren’t just for cats. In today’s Haiku by Dog, Jasper lounges luxuriously in a splash of sun. After I took this picture, I was tempted to join him. I have to admit, if there were more room on that couch…
Do your pets seek out sun puddles to soak up the warmth on a cold day? Is there anyone else out there who will admit to joining their pets on the couch, on the bed, the floor with their pets, basking in the sun?

Totally! The dogs love basking in the sun and cuddling on the couch with me.
It’s a little easier when you have a little guy. With a 70-pound moose/hound like Jasper, there’s not as much room on the average couch to cuddle. 😉
