Haiku by Cat: Zen

calm austerity / simplicity in cardboard / the zen of a box #HaikuByCat #Haikusday #MicroPoetry

Today’s haiku is by Athena.

All my cats like boxes, but Athena loves the essence of Box. If you put a piece of paper on the floor, she’s in it. We used to have a section of cardboard that was nothing more than box sides: no bottom. We called it the Not a Box, but to Athena, it was. 

I would love to get inside a cat’s head and learn what exactly defines boxness.

Anyone want to guess?
