Haiku by Cat: Box

Haiku by Cat: contentment found in / cardboard walls, lid optional / size doesn’t matter

Today’s haiku is by Calvin.

It is the essence of the thing that appeals–it’s very boxness. Four walls, any height. It beckons cats, with a siren call that mere humans will never hear, let alone comprehend.

In today’s Haiku by Cat, Calvin attempts the impossible: to explain to us nonfelines what makes a box so enticing.

I wonder what it must be like to find that kind of contentment in such a simple way.

What simple ways do your pets find contentment?
