Dawn is a purr-sistent distraction, but one I will always welcome. I don’t mind paw-sing my work to pet my demandingly affectionate cat. So what if I could be fur-ther along in my project if she wasn’t asking for attention? I’m still working on my laptop, even if I have a different definition in mind. A slight delay in delivery won’t be cat-astrophic, I’m sure. There was no claws in my contract stating that deadlines were non-negotiable. Besides, my clients are cat lovers and I have a feline they would understand.
