If it smells good bad, roll in it. At least that’s what Tucker thinks. Among his favorite doggy perfumes are:
- Eau de Goose Peau
- Dessicated Mouse Obsession
- Vole No. 5
- Stinkbomb
And of course the ever-popular Parfum de Dead Worm.
What’s your dog’s favorite roll-in-it scent?

My dogs found a decomposing seal on a beach once. We live an hour from the Pacific Ocean. Four dogs enclosed in a car for the longest hour of our lives.
Reminds me of the time my Keeshond mix rolled in bear poo. Two things I learned that day. 1) Bears do not always poo in the woods. 2) Time can expand when you’re in a car with a stinky dog.
Oh gross! When Bailie first arrived, she ate everything she found because being from a litter of 14, food was hard to come by. One of our first walks, she ate a worm. I thought Mom was going to first puke, and then give Bailie away to the next person she saw. Neither happened, and she quickly learned not to do that, but all the worms out there after it rains are not nice and thankfully, we don’t roll in them.
Thank goodness Bailie stopped eating worms! So happy that she doesn’t roll in them either.
MOL! Dogs do the strangest things! 😉
Thank goodness our cats are not allowed outside. LOL!
