My Dog Lilah Nose What To Do on a Hot July 4th

Lilah’s one cool dog.
She wears a black fur coat year round, so my dog Lilah knows how to keep cool.
Every summer when it’s hot outside, I fill up a kiddie pool for the dogs to play in. And by dogs, I mean Lilah. The boys don’t like to get their feet wet, unless there are treats involved.
But Lilah? She jumps right in and performs her very own cooling down ritual: she walks in circles with her nose in the water, blowing bubbles.
It’s adorable. It’s goofy. It’s a bit…odd. But it gets the job done.
