Story: Dogs that won’t pass cats, mostly
TweetYou may have seen the video compilation of dogs that won’t pass cats.
I don’t blame them too much, as cats sometimes come to doggy encounters armed (pawed?) with sharp and pointy edges.
Still it’s pretty funny when a 70-pound dog is stopped by an 8-pound cat.
And even funnier when it’s two dogs that won’t walk past a cat.
Causing a stairway traffic jam, until…well, just look at the photos below:
Elsa Clair is the tiniest creature in the house.
But Jasper doesn’t want to walk past her.
Neither does Tucker.
We have a stairway traffic jam.
“Coming through.”
“I can’t believe you’re afraid to walk by a kitty who is smaller than your head.”
Ah, sweet Lilah. Braver than the two boys combined.

I love this! I will often hear our Golden Harley whining in the hall only to find that his path is obstructed by a napping cat. I actually have to coax him to get him to walk around!
Girl power – Lilah know Elsa would never go after another girl…a boy, well that’s a different story.
Clearly the dogs know who is boss! At least the boy dogs know their place!
There are cats that rule dogs despite size.
Scared or smart? Hmmm… I’m thinkin’ the dogs who won’t pass are… SMART!

We now know who rules the house; Elsa Clair. And Tucker and Jasper are very aware of that. Although Lilah made sure they know she is not intimidated easily. Show them Lilah!
MOL! The looks on their faces are priceless! I don’t blame them though – Elsa Claire has that look on her face that says, “Don’t mess with me, bros!” Lilah is one brave dog!
MOL! Cats rule!
Once and a while, we have a similar situation. Mom finds it funny too.

So cute! My dog has had very limited exposure to cats, and I could see him doing the same thing if those sharp pointy things came out just once.
