Haiku by Dog: Cold

proudly serving on / winter patrol, but I wish / my toes weren't so cold #HaikuByDog #HaikusDay #MicroPoetry

Today’s haiku is by Jasper.

Poor Jasper. He’s pretty particular about his toes.  He doesn’t like when they get wet. Or cold. Or when someone touches them. Or—horrors!—clips his nails.

But he’s a brave doggy, and will perform his duties even if it means cold feet.

Just don’t wipe his paws when he’s done.

How do your pets feel about getting their paws wiped?
