Haiku by Cat: Wrong
TweetToday’s haiku is by Dawn.
For cats, napping is an art form.
Timing is essential; a certain number of naps per day is required in order to achieve tranquility and balance.
Location is also important; there are so many places to choose from: boxes, newspapers, laptops, the sofa, a bookshelf, the dog bed. Never a cat bed, though. That would be in poor taste.
One’s position is also to be considered, and careful thought must be put into which position is appropriate for the location and time. The cat nap artiste palette usually includes the long stretch, meatloaf, curled circle, and sphinx; a master napper can combine the basic components into true works of languid art.
What positions do your cat–or dog–nap artistes like to use?

This made me giggle. Such a rough life!
Cats just nap and nap and nap. We dogs do a lot of napping too, but not nearly as much as the felines.
We haven’t woken up from our first nap! 🙂
