Haiku by Cat: Waiting

Haiku by Cat: ordered the tuna / minutes later, still waiting / service here is slow

Cats know exactly when it’s dinner time. Though it might be argued that it is always time to feed the cat.

It today’s Haiku by Cat, Elsa Clair is displeased, because according to Cat Time, her dinner is Late.

(And in case you’re wondering, no, I do not feed my cats at the table. Despite their requests.)

Do your pets know when it’s time to eat? How do they let you know?

  1. I get that look 2-3 times per day in my house!

  2. Misaki says:

    I know the feeling!

  3. easy rider says:

Scandalous, change the restaurant and write a yellow complaint in their guest book :o)oh wait… maybe they have to catch the tuna first…. that needs a while, my dad waited 8 hours for a fish and came home without one

  4. Don’t leave a tip, Elsa Clair! The service is never fast enough in our house either…

  5. Marg says:

The cats here think it is time to eat every seven minutes or at least every time the Person stands up or lets one of the outside cats in the house. Elsa Clair, you are being very patient. You need to rub on your Mom’s legs. Take care and have a great day.

  6. Don’t leave a tip. 😉

  7. meowmeowmans says:

Nice one, Elsa Clair! We let our humans know when they’re late with the noms, too. 🙂

    Hugs,

    Moosey, Gracie, and Zoe

  8. Love your haikus, make me laugh 😉
