Text from Dog: Stop and smell the daisies
TweetThat would be because Jasper “watered” them yesterday.
That’s the cool thing about dogs. They’re time travelers. They can see — actually smell — the past, like who was here and what he did. And they can know the future through scents on the wind or with hearing that is beyond human capacity.
It’s pretty cool.
Still, I wish Jasper would leave my daisies alone.
Anything around your house you wish your pets would pay less attention to?

Daisy politely and respectfully requests that Jasper refrain from peeing on her namesake flowers. 😉 She also wants Lilah to know that she does not smell like that. 😀
Hey, I agree. And I’m not even respectful about the respect. Sorry Daisy. We’re sure that you smell much better than flowers after Jasper has “watered” them. 😉
Dogs must mark their territory, it is part of being a dog.
True. But maybe not on the last blooming flowers of the season? 😉
Hey, Jasper is saving you money on your water bill!
I’m sure that’s his reasoning.
Looks like a pretty place to pee!
Never thought of it that way. Maybe that’s why Jasper chose that spot. So he could enjoy the scenery while doing his business. 😉
