Text from Dog: Getting fit

#TextFromDog: I'm having trouble fitting into my bed. Me: That's the cat's bed. Dog: I thought it made me look fat.

A bed is a bed is a bed. At least according to Jasper. Which is why it is so confusing to him that he can’t quite fit into the very comfortable — and unoccupied —bed.

Of course, none of the cats will deign to use it, since it was purchased specifically for them. No, they’d rather sleep in a box. Or on the floor.

So my 70-something pound Comfort Hound tries to squeeze himself into a bed designed for a creature a fraction of his size.

Perhaps you can guess where the cats sleep when they decide a pet bed is adequate…
