I wish I could look at the world the way Jasper does. He’s an in-the-moment dog, happy to be just sitting and watching–and just as happy to get up and run should a squirrel-chasing opportunity present itself. And if he didn’t get the squirrel? That’s okay; the joy was in the chase. Jasper, master philosopher.
