Text From Dog: Snow Bunnies

Text From Dog: I looked all over but couldn't find them. Me: Who? Dog: Snow bunnies. I heard they come out after it snows. Me: Snow bunnies are people. Who ski. They're not actually rabbits. Dog: That makes no sense. But at least it explains why I couldn't find any.

Actually that’s one of the good things about winter; I usually don’t have to go outside and chase away small damagable creatures like rabbits before I let my dogs run free in the backyard.

But the bunnies are now frequent evening visitors, so I need to scare them away before I let loose the hounds.

But just like the Easter bunny, they leave tasty treats as proof of their visit; apparently rabbit poop is a delicacy among certain canines.

Who then feel the pressing need kiss me.

I know where those tongues have been.

Do your pets eat anything you’d rather they didn’t?

  1. We’ve got bunnies running around our yard too. But we don’t eat their poop. 😉

  2. We haven’t seen any type of bunnies around our yard. Squirrels and deer are the most frequent guests.
